Brief History: Tara has always been a good swimmer. she loved to swim with her friends. One day they were all splashing around in the pool. One of them tried to splash Tara. Before it reached her it calmed down. she went to her dad to ask about it. He told her everything. Her dad wanted her to be at camp because she knew. now she stays at camp. Her mom claimed her a little while after she came and gave her a gift to make up for never visiting her. Tara had her moms simble float over her head.
Physical Appearance: Tara has blonde hair. She has bright blue eyes. Her skin is tan from being out in the water. In summer she wears mostly swimsuits. Only in winter does she even put on long sleeves.
Personality: Tara likes to be in the water. She loves to be in there with friends. She is mostly calm. Whenever she is angry it is very muted.
Fatal Flaw: She doesn't have what it takes to battle. She is rathless.
